How we handle data, privacy, and security at Libreva.
This page is maintained by Libreva Enterprises LLC to answer common questions about how the Libreva website handles visitor information. It describes current practices and is not a certification or independent audit.
Access & Authentication
Administrative areas of the Libreva website are restricted to authorized staff. Access requires a verified account, and roles are checked on the server for every privileged action — the browser cannot grant itself access. Public pages are available to everyone without an account.
Data We Collect
We only collect what people send us through forms on this site: contact-form messages, partnership and interest inquiries, and newsletter email addresses. We do not buy, sell, or trade personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How Data Is Protected
Submissions are stored in a managed database with row-level security so that records are only readable by Libreva administrators or by the server processes that need them. Traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
Email & Communications
Newsletter and notification emails are sent through a transactional email provider on Libreva's behalf. Every newsletter message includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed addresses are suppressed from future sends.
Retention, Deletion & Requests
Form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. To request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your submissions, or unsubscribe from email, contact us at contact@librevaenterprises.com.
Reporting a Security Concern
If you believe you have found a security or privacy issue with this website, please email contact@librevaenterprises.com with details so we can investigate. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will respond as quickly as we are able.
Shared responsibility
Libreva Enterprises owns the content, configuration, and data handling described above. Underlying hosting, database, and email infrastructure are operated by third-party providers under their own security programs. Veterans and partners are responsible for keeping their own account credentials private and for the accuracy of information they choose to submit.
